Please contact your utility provider and ask them to email your last 12 months of bills or usage history to you. Once you receive the files, forward them to intake@526ent.com. Please include your name and service address in the email.

Assessment Preparation Agreement
Before requesting an appointment, please review and agree to these requirements.

Your home energy assessment will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Pictures may be taken inside and outside of the home for required documentation.

Clear access is needed to the basement, attic, outside perimeter, furnace, water heater, and refrigerator model and serial number tag.

Please make sure all pets and animals are secured in a safe location before the assessor arrives.

An adult 18 years or older must be present during the entire assessment.

If these requirements are not met at the time of the visit, the assessment may be canceled and rescheduled.
